Hi! After i launched the program and got my free licence in (wich worked fine), i keep getting this message that i can't understand. Thank you in advance for any help!

Found the solution. For some reason my temp folder wasn't C:\Temp which caused issues so I changed Temp and Tmp folder to C:\Temp

Yes, you can install it on offline PC but you will need internet to activate your licence.

i can activate it on anither device, then pass it to the offline pc?
i talk about the free version.

you can use Rocket only on PC that was used to activate.

Ehm I am confused since I just downloaded this but it wont let me log in on the little log in window so did I download the wrong version. I did not pay for a version I am trying it first using the free license but what version should I pick for that.. ?

Did you use your User Name and Password from site?

Hi its not letting me even log in when i start the software.. i cant press the button after I put in username and password

Do you click button "Retrieve subscription" with mouse and it dose not react?

I hope the devs read this. People are typing in the username from the site on there and it's not retrieving subscription. I had same problem since I was typing my full name and password, naturally but it was supposed to be just my first name.
Have a dialog box on the site or in the software that alerts the user to check their email for username or tell them that they have to enter the first name, that they entered when creating a account.
